AI in Workflows
AI will bring a new way to define automation and logic in Tabidoo β without the need to manually configure every step.
Instead of building everything step by step, you will be able to describe what you want β and AI will generate it for you.
AI in Workflows
Workflow Automation will introduce a new type of step:
AI Step
With the AI step, you will be able to define automation using a simple prompt.
Example:
Send a notification when a record is updated and assign it to a specific user.
Validate form input before saving and prevent submission if conditions are not met.
AI will translate your request into a fully configured workflow action.
How to enable AI in Workflow
The AI in Workflow feature can be found in the application settings under Tabidoo Labs, where the newest Tabidoo features are available.
How to enable it:
- Click the application name in the top menu.
- From the dropdown menu, select Edit application.
- In Advanced settings, go to the Tabidoo Labs tab.
- Find the AI in Workflow option.
- Enable it using the toggle on the right.
- Finally, save the changes by clicking Save.
Once enabled, Workflow Automation will allow you to use a new type of step called AI Step, which lets you define automation using a simple prompt.
