Notifications

Goal: Keep users informed and engaged.

Notifications in Tabidoo allow you to proactively deliver information to users — either inside the platform or via email. You can use them to remind, alert, or confirm actions based on user activity or automated workflows.

Types of Notifications

  • Notification Center
Notifications can appear directly in Tabidoo, where users see all messages relevant to them in one central place.
  • Email Notifications
Send emails triggered by events in your applications (e.g., order created, invoice approved, task assigned). Emails can be customized in subject, content, and recipients.
  • Workflow Notifications
With Workflow Automation, notifications can be tied to specific triggers and actions. For example:

When a record changes → send notification.

Scheduled event → send reminder.

Custom button → send update to user.

Practical Examples

  • Approvals – notify a manager when a new invoice or contract is waiting for approval.
  • Task management – alert an employee when a task is assigned to them.
  • Reminders – remind users of upcoming due dates (e.g., project deadlines, invoice payments).
  • System alerts – notify admins about failed workflows or errors in data imports.
  • Status updates – send automatic confirmation to customers when their order status changes.
  • Reports – email a weekly sales report to the sales team.
