By publishing your application into Templates, you are making it available for other users. They can afterwards work with the template without changing primary data in your application and at the same time recreate it according to their taste.

How to do that?

1) First of all, in the settings of your current application you will find option Publish to Templates.

2) In the next step you decide whether your template will be published as a public or private. In the case of private, you will be the only one to see it and find it afterwards in the Private section of templates.
