How to use filters in Tabidoo

The easiest way to filter records is to enter into Search box any value which you looking for. However, there are advanced filters which can specify in detail the filtered values.

Click on cogwheel inside the Search box and turn on the Advanced filter. Afterwards, above each column will appear filter box. You can enter to the column the value you looking for. For more options, keep reading.

After clicking at the magnifying glass icon, these options will display:

1) Contains - by selecting this option you will filter records which contain the entered value

2) Not contains - by selecting this option you will filter records which do not contain the entered value

3) Starts with - by selecting this option you will filter records which start with the entered value

4) Ends with - by selecting this option you will filter records which ends with the entered value

5) Equals - by selecting this option you will filter records which equal to the entered value

6) Does not equal - by selecting this option you will filter records which do not equal to the entered value

7) Is empty - by selecting this option you will filter records which do not contain any value in the column you are filtering

8) Is not empty - by selecting this option you will filter records which contain any value in the column you are filtering

9) Clear - by selecting this option you will clear the filter box.

To remove the filters, click on "Remove filter" in the left-down corner.

Filters for dates

There are some extra filter options for dates and that are:

How to filter dates in Tabidoo

1) Bigger than - If you want to filter records which contain bigger date than the one you entered.

2) Less than - If you want to filter records which contain older date than the one you entered.

3) Bigger than or equal to - If you want to filter records which contain bigger or equal date than the date you specified in the filter box.

4) Less than or equal to -  If you want to filter records which contain less or equal date than the date you specified in the filter box.

5) Between - This option gives you the oportunity to filter the records which include date between certain time period you specified in the filter box.

You can filter by Fixed date (exact date and time) or Relative date (today, current week, current month + time period).
