# At the Scheduled Time

The **At the scheduled time** trigger functions as a classic scheduler, allowing workflows to run based on predefined time intervals. Here's how you can configure it:

### Configuration Options

**Execution Frequency**

- Choose how often the workflow should run:
    - **Immediately**: Executes the workflow as soon as it is saved.
    - **Daily/Weekly**: Specify days of the week and execution times.
    - **Monthly**: Select a specific day of the month and time for execution.
    - **Annually**: Define a specific day, month, and time for yearly execution.

**Daily/Weekly Options**

- **Execute in Days**: Select one or more days when the workflow should run.
- **Execute in Times**: Set one or multiple times for execution during the selected days.
- **First Executed Date** (optional): Define the starting date for the workflow to begin.
- **Last Executed Date** (optional): Specify the date after which the workflow will stop running.

**Monthly Options**

- **Execute in the day every month**: Enter the **Day** and set the specific **Time** (numeric values) on which the workflow should execute.
- **First Executed Date** (optional): Set the starting date for execution.
- **Last Executed Date** (optional): Define the end date for execution.

**Annual Options**

- **Day of the Month**: Enter the **Day**, **Month,** and set the specific **Time** on which the workflow should execute.
- **First Executed Date** (optional): Set when the workflow should begin.
- **Last Executed Date** (optional): Specify when the workflow should stop running.

### Use Case Examples

- Run a report every Monday at 9:00 AM.
- Trigger an invoice generation on the 15th of each month at 2:00 PM.
- Automate reminders on December 31st each year at 5:00 PM.
- Set a temporary workflow to run only between specific dates.

This trigger offers a robust scheduling system, making it ideal for automating recurring tasks and time-specific operations.
