In case a record has been added, changed or deleted, you can setup and use easily a notification. You can setup a reminder connected to some date in a record. E. g. you can have a notification an hour before meeting, a week after a task was not closed etc.


You need to download an extension called Scheduler/Notification from Marketplace.

Then you have a schema Notifications. Add a new one and the form will lead you through the rest of the process.


The notification can be addressed to:


  • fixed email(s)
  • user type fields
    • Created by
    • Modified by
    • Previous modified by
    • All users in audit
    • a custom fields in the schema connected with users
  • java script expression - that should return string array of address(es)
